Certificates & Quality Control

Hongli Stamp uses practical production inspection steps to help wholesale buyers reduce quality risk before shipment.

Quality Control Process

If a buyer needs formal documents, we can discuss available business license, material safety information, inspection records, brand authorization or project-specific test requirements before order confirmation.

Incoming Material Inspection

What we check: Stamp housings, rubber sheets, pads, ink and packaging materials are checked before production.

Why it matters: Defective materials are the root cause of most quality claims, so problems must be stopped before production starts.

How it is checked: Each incoming batch is visually checked and compared with the material specification for the order.

Printing & Impression Test

What we check: Logo artwork and rubber plate output are checked through sample stamping before bulk production.

Why it matters: A clear, complete impression is the core function of the stamp — missing areas or uneven ink distribution are not acceptable for business use.

How it is checked: Sample stamps are stamped on paper and the impressions are compared with the approved digital proof.

Stamping Life Test

What we check: Selected models are tested for repeat stamping performance and stable impression quality.

Why it matters: The mechanism must keep the die aligned after repeated daily use, or impressions become uneven over time.

How it is checked: Selected units are stamped repeatedly and the impressions are checked for consistency. Read more in our guide: How Long Does a Self-Inking Stamp Last?

Ink Leakage Test

What we check: Ink pads and finished self-inking stamps are checked to reduce leakage during packing and shipment.

Why it matters: Leaking ink damages packaging and other units in the same carton.

How it is checked: Pads and finished units are inspected for leakage before and after packing.

Pre-Shipment Inspection

What we check: Quantity, color, model, packaging and carton marks are checked before delivery.

Why it matters: A wrong model, color or quantity discovered after arrival is expensive for both sides.

How it is checked: Each shipment is checked against the order sheet before dispatch.

OEM Order Confirmation

What we check: Logo, private label packaging, barcode and carton requirements are confirmed before final shipment.

Why it matters: OEM orders must match the buyer’s brand specification exactly.

How it is checked: Finished goods are compared with the approved artwork, packaging sample and order requirements.
