2. Can you make custom logo stamps?

Yes, we can make custom logo stamps according to your artwork, design or sample. We support custom imprint design, company logo, stamp body color, packaging, private label and product labeling.

3. What is your MOQ?

Our MOQ depends on the product model and customization requirements. For standard stamp models, we can support small quantity orders and sample orders.

For custom logo stamps, custom body color, private label packaging or special OEM projects, the MOQ is usually based on the product type, design and production requirements. Custom logo orders commonly start from 500 pcs.

4. Can I order samples before bulk production?

Yes, sample orders are available before bulk production. We recommend customers check samples before placing large orders, especially for custom logo stamps, new designs, private label packaging or OEM projects.

5. How long does sample production take?

Sample production time depends on the product type and customization details. For standard stamp models, samples can usually be prepared quickly. For custom logo stamps or OEM projects, sample time is usually around 2-5 working days after artwork confirmation.

6. How long does bulk production take?

Bulk production time depends on order quantity, product model, customization requirements and packaging details. For regular stamp products, bulk production usually takes around 7-14 working days after order confirmation and sample approval.

7. Can you make private label packaging?

Yes, we support private label packaging for wholesalers, distributors, importers and brand owners. Private label service can include custom logo printing, product labels, barcode labels, color boxes, retail packaging, display packaging and customized packaging design.

8. What file format do you need for logo artwork?

For logo artwork, we prefer clear vector files because they provide better printing and engraving results. Recommended file formats include AI, PDF, CDR, EPS and SVG.

If you do not have vector files, you can also send high-resolution PNG or JPG files for checking.

9. What shipping methods do you support?

We support different shipping methods according to customer requirements, order quantity, delivery time and destination country. Common shipping methods include DHL, FedEx, UPS, air freight, sea freight, forwarder shipping and customer-appointed shipping agents.
