5. Can I mix different models and sizes in one OEM order?
Yes. Wholesalers usually mix round, rectangular and date models in one order to build a complete product line. MOQ is 100 pcs per model, and total quantity decides the price level.
6. What artwork format do you need for my logo?
Vector files (AI, CDR or PDF) are preferred for the sharpest engraving. High-resolution PNG or JPG also works — our team prepares the plate layout and sends you a free digital proof before production.
7. Can I order custom housing colors for my brand?
Black, red and blue housings are standard. Custom housing colors are available for bulk orders — send us your Pantone code or a color sample and we will confirm feasibility and MOQ.
8. Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We ship worldwide by sea, air and express. Tell us your destination country in the inquiry and we will quote product and shipping together.
