1. What is the exact size of your A4 laser rubber sheet?
Standard A4 is 210 x 297mm at 2.4 mm thickness and approximately 56 Shore A hardness. Start engraving tests on a small sample piece before running full sheets.
2. What colors can I order?
Orange-red and gray are regular stock colors; custom Pantone colors are available for suitable OEM orders. Mixed colors in one order are welcome.
3. What is the MOQ?
MOQ is 100 sheets per color/size, packed in export cartons suitable for sea freight.
4. Can you supply other sizes?
Yes. Besides A4 we supply 330 x 110mm strips, and other sizes can be arranged for bulk orders.
5. What laser machines does this sheet work with?
Standard CO2 laser engraving machines from about 40W upward. It is not intended for fiber or diode lasers.
6. How are the sheets packed for export?
Sheets are packed flat in export cartons to prevent bending, suitable for sea or air freight. 100 sheets per color and size is the standard MOQ.
7. What is the production lead time?
Sample sheets can be arranged quickly, and mass production usually takes 15-25 days depending on quantity.
8. Is there a low odor version?
Yes. Our low odor laser rubber keeps the same engraving quality with reduced smell and smoke — made for enclosed workshops.
