1. Which laser machines does your rubber work with?
Any standard CO2 laser engraving machine from about 40W upward. It is not intended for fiber or diode lasers.
2. Can it engrave fine text and detailed logos?
Yes. The compound is made for stamp production, so small text and logo details engrave sharply with clean edges.
3. Do you have recommended engraving settings?
Settings depend on wattage. Tell us your machine model and wattage and we will suggest a starting speed/power combination.
4. What is the MOQ and packing?
MOQ is 100 sheets per color/size, packed flat in export cartons for sea or air freight.
5. What sizes and colors are available?
A4 sheets (210 x 297mm) and 330 x 110mm strips at 2.4 mm thickness, in orange-red and gray. Other sizes can be arranged for bulk orders, and custom Pantone colors are available for OEM orders.
6. How are the sheets packed?
Flat export cartons for sea or air freight. MOQ is 100 sheets per color and size, and mixed colors can ship in one order.
7. What is the production lead time?
Sample sheets can be arranged quickly, and mass production usually takes 15-25 days depending on quantity.
8. Do you offer a low odor option?
