Available Colors
Housing: standard shell colors are available from stock, and custom housing colors can be matched for bulk orders — see custom stamp colors.
Ink: replaceable pads are supplied in black, blue, red, green, violet, and mixed ink colors can be combined within one order.
Replaceable Ink Pad
Every round model uses a slide-in ink pad that can be replaced in seconds, so the housing stays in service for years. Distributors usually order a share of spare pads with each batch. Details are on the replacement ink pads page.
Packaging Options
Stamps ship in individual boxes inside export cartons as standard. For retail programs we produce custom stamp packaging: printed color boxes, header cards, blister cards, inserts and barcode labels matched to your brand.
Manufacturing Process
Round self-inking stamps are produced in-house at our Dongguan factory: ABS injection molding for housings, laser engraving for rubber dies, ink pad filling, assembly and impression testing. Quality Control
Each production batch is checked for impression clarity, mechanism smoothness, pad saturation and housing finish before packing. Samples from bulk runs are stamped and inspected so the goods you receive match the approved sample.

3. Can we customize the shell color?
Yes. Standard housing colors ship from stock, and custom shell colors can be matched for bulk orders. Ink pads are available in black, blue, red, green and violet.
4. Do you offer private label packaging?
Yes. We produce printed color boxes, header cards, inserts and barcode labels under your brand. Private label programs cover both the product and the packaging.
5. Can we order samples before bulk production?
Yes. After artwork confirmation the logo proof is ready in 3 days and a physical sample takes 3 days. Sample and courier costs are confirmed with your quotation.
6. Can different sizes be mixed in one order?
Yes. Different sizes and models can be combined in one order. The standard MOQ is 100 pcs per design, and ink colors can be mixed as well.
7. Do you provide replacement ink pads?
Yes. All round models use slide-in replaceable pads. Replacement pads are available for repeat bulk supply in five ink colors.
8. Do you ship internationally?
